Refund policy: once the training month has been paid for, if for any reason that your dog goes home; you will be given the option to use the remainder of the month on boarding. This option is valid only for 6 months.
Dog Boarding:

How much exercise will my dog receive while boarding?
Dogs are exercised multiple times a day.

Do you provide food?
No, owners provide their pets food while boarding.

Does my dog need to be neutered or spayed for boarding?
Spaying or neutering is not necessary.

How do I make an appointment?
Appointments can be made by calling Jeff Mathews at 318-422-2605.

What time is drop off and pick up?
Drop off is at 6 PM. The pick-up time will be discussed when the pet is dropped off.
Retriever Training:

How do I know if my dog is a good fit for retriever training?
We encourage all owners to come to a meet and greet and bring their new dog out for a few training days. I will evaluate the new dog at that time.

Can I visit my dog while it is away?
We encourage all owners to come to see their dogs at their convenience while the dog is in training.

How old does my dog need to be for training?
Formal training age is between 6-8 months old.
Obedience Training:

How do I know if my dog will be a good fit for obedience training?
A meet and greet is encouraged to evaluate the dog.

Can I visit my dog while it is away?
Yes, we ask the owners to visit and participate.
